49 - Focus Booster ("49") is made by Artur Pereć in Poland ("we"). You get 49 from the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to it, together with these terms.

Free to play

Every mode, board and feature of 49 is free. The free version shows ads between games.

Premium

Premium removes the ads. It is available as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not a medical product

49 is a game for practising focus. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Fair play

Please don't cheat on the Game Center leaderboards. We may remove scores that clearly aren't genuine.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date above.
